Jillian Guyette is an American photographer (b. 1990) from Rochester, New York. Raised in the Finger Lakes region by a psychic medium and a painter, she received a BFA in Fine Art Photography from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2012. Known for her sensitivity with her subjects, Jillian’s work is profoundly curious about how caregiving informs and impacts creative practice, the nuance of women's familial relationships, and our inherited histories. Her debut book- We Keep Swimming, Until We All Reach Home was published with Daylight in 2025. Commercially she is often hired for the tactile, deeply human quality that is found within her personal work. She currently resides between NYC & Philadelphia, maintaining a studio in Haddonfield, New Jersey.
